Should i loose a few kilos for my wedding?

Your wedding day is the most important day of your life. Consequently, it is only natural to desire the best look regarding make up, gown and accessories. However, there is another element that will come to play which is body weight. Brides and grooms will actively seek to lose some weight right before the day of the wedding. Is there anything wrong with this? Not at all!  Losing weight no matter the occasion can only leave the body lighter and better no matter the age. Some brides simply need to fit into the dress in the first place. With these aspects in mind, water is the first secret.


Starting early with a water regiment will do wonders. Strive for 10 cups a day and spread the water intake throughout the day.  Water will make you feel fuller, allow flushing of fats, cellulite and toxins. Water will nourish the body cells and provide not just a better shape but a better skin for the wedding day. Brides and grooms should   always have water nearby and this should not stop after the wedding for health benefits. Walk for at least 20 minutes each day.   In months leading to the wedding stay active in the gym and see results. Eat healthy portions of food eight times a day. These simple tips on diet and work out will certainly work if followed through.
